Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would rather you stop paying us than stay on a plan you don't want. Cancelling takes one click and needs no email, no phone call, and no explanation.

How to cancel

Go to your account and choose Manage billing. That opens our payment provider's portal, where you can cancel immediately. You can also email careers@jjstudioai.com and we will cancel for you.

What happens when you cancel

• Your subscription stops renewing. You are not charged again.
• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Monthly plans are not prorated — cancelling mid-month does not generate a partial refund, because you retain access for the rest of that month.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. We will email you before the first charge.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your first month, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Beyond that window we consider refunds case by case, including:

• a charge you did not authorise;
• a duplicate charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled;
• an extended outage that prevented you from using a paid feature.

If we discontinue a paid service, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period automatically.

Billing questions

Email careers@jjstudioai.com with the email address on the account. We aim to reply within two business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster.
